Importance of Core Training

Body Sculpting: Individual personal goals will dictate
the strength and resistance training program
to meet particular goals in fitness.

Strength and Resistance Training
Strength and Resistance Training is using the resistance
to muscular contraction to build strength, anaerobic
endurance and size of skeletal muscles.
There are numerous methods of strength training, the most
common being the use of gravity or elastic/hydraulic forces to
oppose muscle contraction.

Interval Training
Interval Training is quick and short, high-intensity exercising
periods alternated with periods of rest. These higher and lower
intensity periods are repeated several times to form a
complete workout routine.

Core Training
Core training is to build and strengthen the stabilization
muscles of the pelvis, abdominal region and spine
(the hips, abs and lower back).
To workout the deep muscles groups of the body is to core train.

Why do you need to Core Training:
Many people
To develop strength, power and endurance of specific muscle groups
is more popular with many people.
But very few develop the "core" muscles that are responsible for stabilizing
the spine.
Injury could eventually occur when other muscles groups of the body are
strong and the core is weak,
This Lack of core training can result in muscular imbalances
Core Muscles are the Musculature of the spine, pelvis, shoulder and
abdominal region working together

This is simply THE best exercise for developing core strength and stability that I've ever used. It's simple in execution and deceptively challenging. If you want to push your big lifts to the maximum, this core exercise will help you develop the core strength necessary to do it.
